Production

Process monitoring at Simon Electroplating is carried out in the company’s own laboratory. Running alongside live production, analyses are performed there on the plating bath parameters, e.g. checking the current acid, metal and additive concentrations and monitoring the electrolytes. The analyses help to ensure the high quality of our final products.

Based on bespoke client requirements, we specialise as surface finishers on the electroplating of metallic, synthetic and combined surfaces, including their pre- and post-plating treatment.

All sorts of parts for the automotive sector, the furniture industry, sanitaryware and household appliances pass through our operation.

We are currently expanding our capacity for you by adding a further modern electroplating system for handling complex synthetic components.
