As a manufacturer of plastic injection-moulded parts, Siku, based near Lucerne in Switzerland, ideally complements the metal processing companies of the Simon Group. The company works with all standard strengthened and non-strengthened thermoplastics, above all PA, PA–GF, ABS, PC-ABS, POM and PEEK plastics. Siku runs 26 injection-moulding machines with a closing force of 150 to 2,300kN and injection volumes of up to 220cm³. Fitted with fully automatic handling equipment and operated on a 4-shift system, they guarantee cost-efficient, high-quality production.

While Siku primarily produces parts for furniture producers and automotive suppliers, the company also makes products for use in the medical field.
